Event Terms and Conditions:
1. Transportation: All participants are solely responsible for arrangingand ensuring their own transportation to and from the specified venue.
2. Personal Belongings: Participants are required to bring their own water bottles and are strictly advised against expecting provisions at thevenue.
3. Dress Code: Entry will only be permitted to those adhering to asports or football attire. Failing to comply may result in denial of participation.
4. Refund Policy: By participating in this trial, participants expressly waive any rights they may have to refunds, be it for the event fees or any associated charges.
Disclaimer:
1. Only one ticket is allowed per participant for each session on a givenday. Limited spots are available for each session.
2. A minimum of one winner will be selected from the entirety of the event.
3. The value of the Pro Contract is estimated at $15,000. Please be informed that this does not represent a cash prize or direct monetary benefit.
Triala Terms and Conditions:
Nature of Trial: Players and parents acknowledge that the trial is solely for talent identification purposes and not intended as a developmental training program. Players and parents acknowledge that by winning this trialyou get a chance to win a professional contract.
Ticket Purchase:
Payment for trial tickets does not guarantee selection, with only1 to 3 winners maximum.
By purchasing tickets, players and parents authorize their agreement to these terms and conditions. Once the ticket is purchased, there can be no transfer or refund.
Coach Observations:
Coaches may take notes and prepare reports during the trial for evaluation purposes.
Trial Duration:
Trial Event is for 2 hours. Trial after selection is for 30 Days.
Language Preference:
Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication.
Injury and AttendancePolicy:
Tickets will not be refunded if the player is injured prior to the trialor fails to attend, under any circumstances.
Cancellation by TFA:
In the event of cancellation by TFA, ticket fees will be refunded to players, the processing charges however will be deducted.
Fulfillment of Requirements:
Failure to meet all requirements will disqualify the playerfrom attending the session and invalidate any refund requests.
Passport Requirement:
Participants must possess a valid passport to attend the trial in Dubai.
Medical Cover Requirement:
Players must have adequate medical coverage to participate inthe football trial.
